In early March, the ground begins to loosen. Winter has not fully released its hold, yet something underneath has begun to shift.
This is a calming evening of sound and stillness, using crystal singing bowls and spacious silence to help the body soften and settle. The journey unfolds slowly, without effort, creating space to rest and listen as the season begins to turn.
There is nothing participants need to do, and no prior experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you rest (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). Cushions are provided.
This gathering is intended for adults, and space is limited.
