Directions: Diffuse Balsam Fir Essential Oil to help alleviate lingering coughs or to help refresh your living space. Or dilute into a lotion and massage onto your muscles after a tough workout. Aromatic: Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
