Description: Douglas Fir has a strong, sweet, clean, piney-fresh scent with citrusy notes. This oil can be stimulating to the senses, and diffusing this lovely oil gives you the refreshing scent of being in the forest on a crisp winter day. Also great for clear respiration, Douglas Fir helps promote healthy breathing, just like a brisk walk in a pine forest. Try diluting Douglas Fir in a carrier oil and adding to any massage blend for a pick-me-up, or try diffusing Douglas Fir during common cold season to help support healthy breathing. Douglas Fir also has that traditional "Christmas Tree" scent, perfect for making your faux tree smell a little more real.
Directions: Aromatic - Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
