Step into a quiet circle of sound and lantern-light. During this immersive session, crystal singing bowls and subtle harmonic tones create a slow unfolding landscape of vibration and stillness. Many people experience deep relaxation, spaciousness of mind, and a gentle settling of the nervous system.
You’ll simply lie back, rest, and listen as the room fills with layered resonance. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go — only an hour set aside to pause, breathe, and let the body remember its natural rhythm.
Please bring anything that helps you rest comfortably (mat, blanket, pillow).
