- In our home we often diffuse essential oil in the bedrooms prior to retiring for the night, it is beautifully calming and works wonder if you have trouble dropping off to sleep.
- Blend with other oils such as frankincense, rosemary and helichrysum in a cream to rub on the back of the neck once tension sets in to relieve tension headaches.
- Lavenders anti-inflammatory benefits help to heal burns, bug bites, skin irritations and acne.
